These terms govern your use of Krishna Retails and any purchase you make here. By placing an order you accept them. Please read section 6 in particular, which explains what our products are and are not.

1. Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Krishna Retails. Contact is by email at [email protected]. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Krishna Retails; “you” means the person placing the order.

2. What we sell

We sell digital publications — ebooks and guides supplied as PDF files. Each product page states the price, the language, and the approximate length before you buy. Nothing physical is sold or shipped.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page. The price charged is always the price our server holds for that product at the moment you check out; a price shown in a cached page, screenshot, or old advertisement is not binding. Payment is taken by our payment provider, and your order is created only once that provider confirms the payment succeeded. We reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing error before delivery, in which case we will cancel and refund the order rather than charge you a different amount.

4. Delivery

Delivery is electronic and immediate. Full details are in our Delivery Policy. It is your responsibility to enter a working email address; if you mistype it, contact us and we will re-issue your file at no charge.

5. Your licence

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it and to keep a copy for your own use. You may not resell it, republish it, upload it to a file-sharing site, distribute it in a group or channel, or use its contents to create a competing product. Copyright in every product remains with us or our licensors. We may revoke a licence, without refund, where a buyer is redistributing our material.

6. What our products are and are not

Our publications are general educational and informational material. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and reading one does not create a practitioner relationship of any kind. They are not a diagnosis and not a treatment plan.

Nothing we sell should be used in place of consulting a qualified professional. If you have a medical or mental-health condition, are pregnant, are taking medication, or have any specific concern, speak to a doctor or another suitably qualified person before acting on anything you read. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for how you apply the material.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to buy from this site. Some products are written for an adult readership. By ordering you confirm you meet this requirement.

8. Accuracy and communication

You agree that the details you give at checkout are accurate, and that we may contact you at that email or phone number about your order, your delivery, or a problem with your payment. These are transactional messages and are not marketing.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend it for maintenance, or withdraw a product from sale, without notice. Withdrawing a product does not affect a copy already delivered to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost data, or any outcome arising from how you chose to apply the contents of a publication. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Privacy

How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which also forms part of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We would ask you to email us first — almost everything is resolved that way.
