Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

Krishna Retails sells digital products only. Nothing is printed, packed, or shipped, and no courier is involved. There are no delivery charges, and no address is required to complete a purchase. Because of this, shipping timelines, tracking numbers, and serviceable-pincode restrictions do not apply to any order placed with us.

2. How and when you receive your product

Delivery is automatic and happens as soon as the payment provider confirms your payment — normally within a few seconds. You receive your product in two ways:

• On screen. You are taken to a confirmation page carrying your download link and your order number.
• By email. The same link is sent to the email address you entered at checkout, so you have a copy even if you close the page.

Both are issued by our own system at the moment the payment is confirmed. We do not batch deliveries or release files manually.

3. What you need

Our products are PDF files. Any modern phone, tablet, or computer can open them — on a phone this is usually the built-in Files or Books app, and on a computer any browser or PDF reader. No account, app install, or subscription is required. We recommend saving the file to your own device rather than relying on the link long term.

4. If your file does not arrive

The most common cause is a mistyped email address, or the delivery email being filtered into spam or promotions. Please check those folders first. If it is still missing, email [email protected] with your order number (it begins with KR-) or the email address you paid with, and we will re-issue your link. There is no charge for a re-issue, and no time limit on asking.

We reply within one working day.

5. Failed or pending payments

If a payment fails or is left pending, no product is delivered and no order is created. Where a bank has placed a temporary hold on the amount, it is released by the bank automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days. If an amount was debited and you received nothing, contact us and we will either deliver the product or refund it — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Territory

Because delivery is electronic, our products can be purchased and received anywhere. Prices on this site are shown and charged in Indian Rupees (INR).
