1. Who controls your data

Krishna Retails operates Krishna Retails at krishnaretails.com and is the data controller for the information described here. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].

2. What we collect

We collect only what is needed to sell you a file and deliver it:

Name, email address and phone number, entered by you at checkout. The email address is how your product is delivered; the phone number lets us reach you if a delivery fails.
Order records — what you bought, the amount, the date, and a reference from our payment provider.
Basic technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the referring link. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages people actually use.

3. What we never collect

We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking password, or any other payment credential. Payment is handled entirely on our payment provider's own systems. We receive only a success or failure result and a reference number. We also do not ask for, and have no use for, your date of birth, gender, government ID, or postal address.

4. Our legal basis

We process your name, email and phone to perform the contract you enter when you buy a product. We keep order records to meet tax and accounting obligations. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. Where we rely on consent — for example optional analytics — you may withdraw it at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers needed to complete your purchase:

Our payment provider, to process your payment and handle any refund or dispute.
Our email provider, to send you your delivery email and any support reply.
Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its database.

Each receives only what it needs for that purpose. We do not sell your data, rent it, trade it, or provide it to advertisers or data brokers. We disclose it otherwise only where we are legally required to.

6. Cookies and analytics

We set a small number of cookies that are necessary for the site to function — keeping your session, protecting the checkout form against cross-site request forgery, and remembering which order belongs to your browser so your download page works. These cannot be switched off without breaking checkout.

We may also use privacy-respecting analytics to count page views and measure which products people look at. Where advertising measurement is used, it records that a purchase happened and its value — never what you bought in a form that identifies you personally. You can block these with any standard browser setting or content blocker, and the site will still work.

7. How long we keep it

Order records, including your name, email and phone, are retained for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law. Download links expire on their own. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting, then discarded. If you ask us to delete your data, we remove everything we are not legally required to retain.

8. Your rights

You may ask us, at any time, to:

tell you what data we hold about you;
correct anything inaccurate;
delete your data, where we are not obliged to keep it;
send you a copy of your data in a portable form;
stop using your data for analytics or advertising measurement.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Order data is stored on our host in a location that is not reachable from the public web, and product files are released only through single-use, expiring links rather than direct URLs. Access to the live system is limited to those who operate it. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affected your data we would tell you.

10. Children

This site and its products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

If this policy changes we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use data you have already given us will be notified by email where we hold one.
